I decided to surprise my wife with lab grown diamond earrings for our 30th wedding anniversary. This was my first time considering lab grown diamonds and I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. Called their customer service line and spoke to a lovely lady named Adriana who explained the difference between natural and lab grown diamonds very clearly. She was patient with all my questions and even called back the next day to check if I needed anything else.
The earrings arrived exactly when promised and were beautifully presented in a nice box. My wife was delighted with them – she said they’re even more brilliant than her original diamonds.
Really impressed with how they handled everything. The lab grown option gave us much better value and my wife couldn’t be happier.
I ordered a ring from Blue Nile and overall the experience was pretty shiok! The website made it easy to compare diamonds with all the specs and 360 video, so I could slowly choose the one I like.
Delivery by fedex was fast, only took a few days after it had been shipped. The box was packed very secure, with GIA papers etc all included. Just note that when it reached Singapore I had to pay GST and customs, but fedex handled everything smoothly.
In the end the whole process was straightforward and the price was still reasonable even after tax.

Unfortunately there was some delay with production and it looked like it might not arrive on time. I was getting a bit stressed but their team was really proactive. They kept us updated every step of the way and managed to get it completed just in time. The ring arrived 3 days before the wedding – perfect timing.
The band itself is gorgeous and fits perfectly with my engagement ring. Really happy we chose Blue Nile despite the initial hiccup. Their communication throughout the delay was excellent.
